At Oak River, we have extensive experience managing a wide variety of multifamily and single family investments including fractured, garden-style, high rise, and midrise properties.

We are highly knowledgeable in market rate, lease up, and value-add communities. Oak River Property Management has a proven history of transforming under-performing properties into thriving communities for our residents and consistently performing investments for our clients. We currently manage properties in nine submarkets ranging from Class A+ to Class C and from seventy to six hundred units.

Oak River has received the Accredited Management Organization® (AMO®) credential from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). The AMO® accreditation recognizes excellence among real estate management firms and only those firms that achieve the highest level of performance, experience and financial stability and have a CPM in executive position can earn the AMO credential. In addition, we are a member of the National Apartment Association and local Apartment Associations in all of the areas we serve.
