Greg began his career in the world of information technology, developing a knack for systems that streamline work and accelerate outcomes. This tech savvy also fueled his success in the real estate management realm where he helped catapult Field Asset Services to a half-billion dollar property preservation company with a nationwide footprint and a highly engaged legion of skilled vendors. Since co-founding Oak River in 2012, he has led the organization into enduring relationships with property owners across the ownership spectrum, balancing the demands of innovation and integrity to create an unassailable partner in the preservation game. He and his wife, Kristen, work together and live in Austin, TX.
Kristen’s unique ability to understand client needs and communicate clear steps to resolution is rooted in her background in counselling and as a life coach. A native of Pella, IA who strives to live out the values of her faith, she uses her caring spirit and administrative talents every day to keep all aspects of Oak River in top running order. She also intuitively understands property preservation after raising two active and sometimes destructive sons to adulthood.
Araceli has been part of the Oak River team since day one, bringing to bear her extensive experience in accounting, finance and the unique administrative requirements of the preservation industry. A native of Brownsville, TX, Araceli earned her degree in accounting at Florida Metropolitan University in Lakeland, FL. Her top priority is demonstrating integrity in every interaction, be it personal or business. She is also often called upon by our banking customers to answer questions related to the unique regulations that govern their relationships with tenants, foreclosed properties and more.
